I have managed to manually sync the video coverage with the BBC commentary https://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/live/cricket/47806738 by pausing the video until it is in line with the BBC, which is on a slight delay
It's a bit fiddley to do but both streams have been stable so it works well for me.
