One thing we seem to be missing at the moment is a leader on the pitch during matches. We don't have anyone who seems to be good at getting the team going during a match in the same way as a Horton, Wilson, Oatway, etc.
Our midfield all seem very 'nice' but nobody in there seems to be able to gee the team up from there while Dunk & Duffy only seem to be able to talk to the other defenders.
With Bruno looking ever more likely to retire at the end of the season, do we need to find a new on pitch leader?
