[Football] F.A.Cup Semi-Final Revenue - Who Gets What?

I’m interested to know how much each participating club gets for their Wembley semi final trip. Is it the same scenario as as a home or away cup tie where the revenue is split three ways with (roughly) a third each going to the home club, the away club, and the F.A.?

So, if Watford v Wolves gate is lower than ours (or vice versa), all 4 sides still get the same cash from the ticket revenue pot?
As a side matter, anyone have any idea how many they’ve sold? (Watford v Wolves that is).

Wolves have sold out their allocation, but the club are doing a ballot for the last 100 tickets. I’m not sure whether they’ve been allocated any more blocks (like us). The last I heard was that Watford had sold 25,000.
