Back to the bread and butter stuff important games this coming weekend and a positive result against Southampton surely will help in team selection and confidence for the Chelsea game and that other match next weekend

30th March
Fulham v Manchester City (12:30)
Brighton & Hove Albion v Southampton
Burnley v Wolverhampton Wanderers
Crystal Palace v Huddersfield Town
Leicester City v AFC Bournemouth
Manchester United v Watford
West Ham United v Everton (17:30)

31st March
Cardiff City v Chelsea (14:05)
Liverpool v Tottenham Hotspur (16:30)

1st April
Arsenal v Newcastle United (20:00)

Burnley v Wolves....Burnley have lost four on the bounce and their run in looks a tad tough
Crystal Palace v Huddersfield ...might be a shock here with a home win
Cardiff v Chelsea ...the former aren't a bad side at home...but surely this has to be an away win doesn't it??

I read the title as "Premier League March" and wondered "what's that all about then?"...:dunce:

Personally think (and sincerely hope) Burnley are in deep deep doo-doo and are going down. Especially if they lose their game against Cardiff.

Away wins for Wolves, Huddersfield and Chelsea then, please - and home wins for us, Arsenal......and Leicester (they're playing B'muff, and I still like the idea of finishing as Kings of the South Coast - we'd be only 2 points behind B'muff then, with two games in hand).

There's the outside possibility that tomorrow I might gain more satisfaction from a win for Huddersfield than a win for the Albion.

The volcanic meltdown on #cpfc and the bbs if Palace lose will be quite something.

Wouldn't be surprised to see a win for Burnley, Wolves aren't in trouble and I reckon they will be thinking about Wembley and play a weakened team as a result.

Yeah Huddersfield win would be the best result out of that lot..
Can see us slipping up a bit, but as others have said, hopefully a cracking atmosphere will see us over the line.

It doesn't really affect us in any way, but might be worth keeping an eye on the Man U/Watford game if this preview is anything to go by...

2) All’s not well with Attwell

This will be the fourth time this season Stuart Attwell has refereed Manchester United, and the fourth time in history he has refereed Watford. There is nothing coincidental about this: he is probably fairly popular at Old Trafford, having given United a penalty on three of the past four occasions he has officiated their matches. The first time he refereed a Watford game, nearly 11 years ago, he awarded an infamous “ghost goal” to Reading. He has returned to Vicarage Road once since – five years ago. He wasn’t well received and hasn’t been asked back, and last officiated a Watford match in December 2014. As a result it is more than usually important that at key moments on Saturday he must be certain, and he must be right. Any game-changing decision in United’s favour that turns out to have been incorrect will surely prevent him from ever refereeing Watford games again. Will he be able to put this history to the back of his mind? SB
