Standard free kick. Pretty much his first kick of the ball.

Keane isn’t good enough either but we have Stones to come in. Barkley and Alli are the two we need to upgrade by next summer.
Ali has been awful

Will probably score, but just don’t rate Deli Alli internationally.....

Just seems to wander around and contribute next to nothing..... at least Barkley looks like he wants the ball.....

Alli seems to always be carrying an injury. Spuds and England played him so much, he never got a true rest.

Barkley with one goal and one assist, now for Alli to come to the party. Credit to Southgate for switching Hudson Odoi over to the left.

Hope Hudson-Odoi leaves Chelsea and gets some game time elsewhere.

Bmuff got Solanke - is it our turn to snare a future England star?

A bunch of blokes clad in black droning on tunelessly to the accompaniment of a lone drummer, largely ignored by the rest of the stadium? It sounds awfully.... familiar....but I can't....

But I just don’t feel he contributes for England even when fit, sort of a poor man’s Martin Peters, in that he ‘ghosts’ into good positions but then generally does nothing....

Think we need a ball playing CB.
Whenever I see Hudson-Odoi I think of Yves Bissoumi, funny that.

I like the dangerous Montenegran left winger Walkazmabic.

Why? I can see only 1 obvious similarity.[/QUOTE]

Both predominantly right footed, BG?

IMHO Barkley was an inspiration at Wembley so deserved his start. He is not helped by Rice not doing much

.ps Now scored our 2nd goal

Barkley had a poor first half for England at Wembley (the same as his previous England games), but then finally came alive/got his confidence and had a fantastic second half. He will always lack pace, but is beginning to show his other attributes in an England shirt.
