Apologies if this has been discussed elsewhere, but I did have a good search through the threads...

Did anybody else watch this programme and think it strange that Chris didn’t get much of a mention? I think they made one small reference to him but given his status as a black Premier League manager, thought that was odd

Given it is about players and there were a lot of black players in the 80s, it is hardly surprising. And hardly a slight given the frequently repeated feature about us on SSN yesterday with interviews with Hughton, Barber, Powell, Rosenior and an HR lady.

I agree there were quite a few black players during his time, but they made a point of mentioning the lack of black managers in the game today. Just thought it a bit strange that Chris didn’t even get a mention there...
