I fear Manchester City being the first ball out will put pay to this again
So far we have worn;
All Blue 83
Chewit Pink 91
Yellow (vSpurs) 17

Obviously make the Final and our opponents will be in a version of yellow.

Is that the rule then, that the team drawn first for a cup semi-final, on a neutral ground, gets to play in their home kit? I thought it was a toss of the coin job. If memory serves me well we were first out of “the hat” when we played Sheffield Wednesday in 1983 and we played in our yellow strip.

As I wrote somewhere else, we will have to change so I think that we should commission a special crimson shirt just for the semi. That way all the empty seats in the Citeh end will look like our supporters from a distance. Plus the club could make loads of money.

And if they do this, I expect a free one for thinking it up. XXL please.

(v) In the Semi-Final and Final Ties a toss of a coin shall determine the choice of colours if a clash occurs. The toss of coin shall be made by a representative of The Association and shall be witnessed by the representatives of the Semi-Finalists and Finalists with the toss taking place at The Associations’ offices or another suitable location as soon as possible after the Quarter-Final or Semi-Final
