From my experience, refunds take 2 or 3 days to process (yet when you buy it goes straight out, funny that!!)

My purchase just disappeared from my pending payments so I didn't need a refund. My Chelsea refund appeared earlier than most others as well, maybe it because I use my amex card and they are quicker to process

No.

Online sales are treated differently. An online transaction is not complete until the goods have dispatched.

Some e-tailers honour mispricings etc, but they don't have to.
