That is funny just sitting here thinking about the millions of knives in the UK all with a tracker who's would keep track and for what purpose is he suggesting knives with trackers assigned to a post code and if that tracker is showing outside of the post code a swat team are deployed?
I hope not otherwise the 3 year old birthday party I just attended with the cake and knife could have ended very differently

the GPS is a harmless brainfart.
far more concern is the second point "If you’re carrying it around you had better have a bloody good explanation"... that is the current law. its pretty damming that an MP doesnt know basic law, this is why we end up with more and more legislation that doesnt do anything.
