Higher salaries for MPs. Larger guaranteed earnings related pensions. Free houses in or near central London for all MPs (to keep when they leave). Automatic sinecures for life with the European Commission when they leave Parliament (guaranteed to involve no more than 2 or 3 days a week, which can be worked from home).

A new rate of pay for all of the late night voting of £1,000 an hour

A minimum wage for MP's

A bouncy castle room and children's puppet show available every afternoon

Seats in the commons like they have in first class on planes so a decent sleep can be achieved during debates

I tell you what, those Recaro seats have magical powers. After a while you start to regrow hair on your bald patch!

My suggestions for things our hapless MP's could agree on...

All MP's will receive a £1.5m 'one-off payment' for all the hassle and disruption to their normal daily lives which Brexit has caused.

Daily expenses should be capped at £10,000, but carry a minimum of £9,999.

Any questions which make an MP uncomfortable can legally be answered with the word 'Wibble'. The interviewer cannot then proceed with that particular line of questioning. Failure to do so will carry a minimum 6 month prison term.

In each constituency a bronze statue of the reigning MP will be erected, containing a cashpoint dispensing free money. Only the MP in the statue will have the PIN Code.

etc...
