apparently it isnt. depends on how the international law is applied.

Saudi can do that - it's in the rules; they've got that much money (and oil).



Just strip him of his head, then, if they can't strip off his citizenship ...................... win, win for everybody really.............. (the Saudis can probably arrange that without too much trouble or heart searching too).

I can't honestly say I wish him anything at all other than justice whatever that happens to be, but probably something less than that !!
