Ever thought more films should be made in Brighton, or what we are really lacking as a town is a moon base? Then you are not alone. These idea's are not the latest plans of a bond villain or Dr Evil but the brain child of a potential local councillor (and no it isn't the one who is former of this parish either).

This story sums up the standard of journalism in the argus, they print a story about someone who clearly has mental health issues so everyone can have a laugh at him. What an embarrassment to the city that rag is.
