Here we go again, the usual 'I was at the cup final in 83 so I demand a ticket'. Yeh, and so was I but I was also at B'muff (4 times in 2 years), Burnley and all those other games no-one cared about. I'll be at Leicester next week where tickets haven't sold out yet. I'm on 442 LP's so stuff the lot of you.

EDIT Ha Ha, just noticed my Millwall ticket is only £12 for over 61's.

£12 for over 61's ... that's a bonus for me as well.

In which case the "others" using them are jumping the queue.

No system is perfect, or ever can be, due to people like this playing the system and abusing it. Still, as long as some people get what they want, I suppose.

The club don’t help here...if you buy an away ticket but then can’t go, there is no way to get a refund or transfer the ticket, so people are bound to pass them on to others.

Anyone buying tickets with no intention of using them for themselves is depriving others that should have the chance to go.

There were a lot of empty seats regardless, it wouldnt but it costs our club for that exchange of data.

I was at the back and I can assure you there were a lot of empty seats at the back in the dry. Even worse considering that people were moving into this area and yet there were still seats free.

Thats a separate issue though, and I agree one that needs addressing. I just have little time for people who play the system, hoovering up away tickets whether they intend going or not, passing them on to whoever, then being at the front of the queue to cherrypick the big games when they come along. Thats not loyalty - its just snide.

According to the monthly newsletter of the Supporters' Club:-

...You can return an away ticket up to 72 hours before the match and, if Albion re-sell it, get a refund.

According to the club's tweet, allocation details released in due course - so maybe they are negotiating the lower tier?

There's a big points range for tier 2, but I reckon anyone that logs on pre 9am on Monday to join the queue will get one. There'll be people that can't go due to Sunday plans elsewhere, it's on TV, and some might not fancy it.
