I was walking up Queens Road on the way to the train station and this P***ed Burnley fan stopped me & started going on about GB & JR, stating how bad GB was etc etc lying went on & on, wouldn't stop quite vile. I was with my wife & lad so kept quiet scum like like not worth it right low life, had a horrible white top on and was very p***ed, I do hope it was him.

Let's not get carried away. This isn't due to the booing of Gaetan, this was specifically racist abuse.
Edit to add: Irrespective of what we feel motivated the booing.

Indeed. Unfortunately, to the bulk of West Brom and Burnley fans, it seems that the story is this:
GB accused JR of racism.
JR was found not guilty.
Therefore, GB is a liar who "played the race card".
