Extend both Bruno and Bong's contracts by 3 years.
Gradually reduce capacity to 22,500 by reclaiming those empty concrete areas of the stadium that have been upgraded to seating areas in recent years.
Fast-track an implementation of a generic club website.
Swiftly remove the 30 quid cap for Away tickets.
Oh, and dim those floodlights...
