He is. But I thought the TMO had more to say on the obstruction before Owens cut him off. Just don't think the Ashton try should have been awarded. The following try was less clear cut.

Nothing wrong with that. When i played if I couldn’t chase the balll down then I’d make the other guy couldn’t either.
Excellent performance from Nigel Owen. Continuously talking to the players and had the front rows eating out of his hand.
