You can draw your own conclusions. I believe the charge is manslaughter by negligence so could be smoking related so whilst still not good news, not quite as appalling as Philpot.
Except that all the kids that died were hers by previous partners.....the one with her present partner is the one that survived.....'negligence' indeed.

The DM's report suggests otherwise (could be bad grammer/punctuation) - specifying the eldest daughter was from a previous relationship (and by extension, the other wern't?)
