I don't bathe in any great knowledge of almost anything at all, but i like the idea of having a whippersnapper amongst the first team squad and in and out during training. He becomes an example for other members of the Under-23s, whilst gaining experience that will only make him more capable of breaking through. With 7 seats on the bench i'd be happy for room for a chap coming through, rather than solely for those who we and oppositions know so well.
