Duffy got a red for that

Typical inconsistency by officials. It was exactly the same as the Duffy incident but VAR deemed it to be a yellow yet if we’d appealed Duffy’s red card it would never have been overturned.

Some of the BBC analysis is bollocks. Lineker and Steptoe Neville describing Sanchez’s performance as brilliant. Other than his quality goal, he was anonymous in the half and lost most challenges.
... and who is 'Lu-cack-ku'?

Shearer/Jenas/Lineker/Steptoe will all describe the Lingard let off as “good refereeing, all a much ado about nothing”.

Whereas a Duffy or Stephens “had to go, once you do that”.

Funny old game.

Spot on! The two that simultaneously did the ' rutting stag' thing should have gone as should Lingard.

There's more falling over at the Emirates, than at a Weebles convention.

I'm sorry Mr Ruislip, I normally fully agree with your posts - but weebles only wobbled, they didn't fall down!

Edit - on second thoughts, I suppose then that you're technically correct, as there was more 'falling down' at the Emirates than at a convention where they only wobbled.....
