He'll naturally be disappointed not to be progressing through to the Final with Australia seeing as they were the holders.
A comparatively easy Semi-Final against Qatar would have awaited him over here. Much easier than Iran v Japan.
Frankly speaking, he hasn't really been missed, so the faint hearts can now rest easy.
