[Help] Why cant I log on to NSC?

For some time I have not been able to log onto NSC from my Android mobile, although I can from our laptop, as I am now.
I have no other problems with the mobile which is relatively new.
Anyone else had/has similar problems or can someonone suggest what may have gone wrong and how to sort it please.
I will be viewing the replies on my mobile so not able to reply as Mrs Chopper will be hogging the laptop soon for her porn films.
I fully understand that some may not want to reply as keeping me off of NSC could be seen as a bonus but some help would be nice.

I can't log onto NSC using any device

I'm really starting to miss it.
