9 more goals scored with only 4 more conceded. Away form almost identical but feels better this season for some reason. Home form obviously progressing from strength to strength with 5 more scored, 1 less conceded and 4 more points gained.

This season, home results table only we're 7th in the league only 4 points behind Chelsea who are 4th and played a game more than us at home. That is pretty impressive stuff. punk:

Away from home presently, we are a not so good looking 15th alongside Southampton and Burnley, and 5 points behind Palace who have a credible 13 points away from Smellhurst. That said Miracle Eddie's B'muff and Everton are only 1 point better off away.

Certainly feels like good progress this season, more goals, more points. :albion2:

Away form has felt better Bournbemouth and yesterday.

For me its the same away , Hudds we got lucky with the 10 men and Newcastle we were outplayed. There are signs of improvement away but still big concerns for me.

Overall everything is better slightly

Need to put gross on bench for away games.

Home form going to put us safe anyway again, burnley, Huddersfield, Newcastle, Cardiff, Bournemouth, Southampton all at home. 10 points from them 6 and safe.

I can see why people say this, but I don't think he is the root cause of us not being as good away. The biggest issue for me isn't pace it's possession of the ball, and we did that pretty well last night. Gross is a master at finding pockets and putting balls into space for others. I still think he is a key player for us home and away.

It's weird how some players don't travel.

Next 6 games 17/18 LLDWDW
Next 6 games 18/19 Liverpool, Man Utd, Fulham, Watford, Burnley, Chelsea

I'd take last seasons 8 points from 6 again

How many more scapgoats have we got this season, compared to last?

Gross away from home has now moved into top spot with Locadia dropping down the list.

Gross 'set-up' both goals yesterday and that's what he can always offer us at a bare minimum- decent passing, crossing, set-plays.
I guess the argument would be if Bissouma would be more dynamic and suited to our counter-attacking style away.

If ever there was a sign that progress has been made, Gross becoming a scapegoat is surely it?

Think we all would........... Giraffe's Tenamen Tracker tracker suggests we need 5, if we get 8 from 6 we'll be 10 ahead of it and basically safe with 11 games left and potentially heading for 50 points or so.

So - in a nutshell - we're 4 points better off than this point last season because we managed to beat - rather than draw - with Palace and Everton at home.
