If you want to read the full analysis of West Ham then it's on the other site run by Bozza.

If wondering why the big difference in commercial income, West Ham have played 2,506 matches in the top flight compared to 226 by the Albion, and also have a stadium subsidised by the taxpayer on which they only pay £2.5 milion a year rent.

How much has their commercial income increased since they moved to the running track? Must give them a big legged up now compared to clubs of our size,

Thanks for that. The number that jumped out at me was wages - and the relatively small gap between us the them compared to say squad cost.

West Ham paying on average £14,000 a week more than the Albion, but expect that to increase given signings made this year at the council stadium.

West Ham’s wages tor 2018/19 will be huge IMO, compared to 2016/17. They suddenly started signing ‘names’ who would be greedy.

Separately, on their forum they’re suspicious of the Boleyn Ground land sale deal. A murky chain to the ultimate beneficiaries of the huge profits from residential development. A feeling that a huge wedge of that has ended up with names close to home.

Thanks El Pres, Decent improvement for them on the commercial side.

Still don't like the ground though,Think they are moving the away end up the back from next season, rather than it being split between the front and back sections(which is awful)

15 million in interest payments to owners. Nice work if you can get it.

Especially if based on the "owner investment" figure. A tidy %.

I'm guessing that loans are somewhat different to investment, though, and would be another interesting stat.

Where were you Nigel when you lost 3-1 the following months?

It is fascinating how the Premier league clubs handle the plastic cock issue. West Ham place them in their profit and loss wheras Palace place them behind the goal in the Holmesdale stand.
