Stopham Vinyard is probably my favourite for still white wine, the Pinot Gris is excellent.
Nutbourne Vinyard is one of the oldest in Sussex, and makes a wide variety of wines including ancient and modern styles.
Nyetimber still does it for me for the fizz, the Classic Blend is exceptional.
