If I was the chairman of a lower league club like Crawley or Notts County, I would consider Liam as manager with his dad as Director of Football if they could work together.
In time maybe, I'd let Liam get a bit more coaching experience first though.
Do you not consider that he would have already learnt enough for a lower Div 2 side to make them decent as he has played under some good managers and must have learnt something.
