[Albion] Anyone else having trouble with the shop 10% discount?

I was very pleased to get today's '12 Days of Christmas' email (10% off for members) as it made up my mind about what I was going to get my kids for Christmas.

But... it's not working. I'm a Bronze member and I've tried entering my fan number into my account but it doesn't make any difference. There's no discount coming up either at the beginning of the process or at checkout. I've tried calling but all numbers appear to be closed on a Sunday.

Anyone having the same trouble, or got any tips?

I saw this and wondered if it means 10% just for members? Which given recent events means not season ticket holders?
