I think questioning why some people are more offended by an anorak wearing leftie than an MP laying a wreath, whilst her government are selling weapons to a country we know are committing war crimes is entirely valid. If you are more offended by the former than the latter you need to reassess your priorities.

The greatest disrespect is people using the fallen for their own political gains. That btw goes for both sides of the political divide.
As for his coat. It’s not difficult or that expensive for a standing MP to purchase one that match’s the occasion. I could understand Michael foot as he was a walking scran bag, Corbyn on the other hand should really know better. The services and ex-services like smart attire.

JC is not my cup of tea but if he wore a black Hugo Boss suit and a cashmere mix coat the lunatics in here would have found something else to have a go at him or call him out for being a champagne socialist.

Last year he avoided the vol au vents and spent the day talking to vets and servicemen, maybe he thought it may rain and his coat was more suitable for the weather seeing as he is going to be outside for most of the day unlike the others.
