I know someone in Hastings. Old established company who know their stuff.

I'll have to get the name, but they renewed a lot of furniture for my Mum.

Could try barker and Stonehouse they have a couple of ready made dinning sets that are booth like or try Nesbits they sell ready made American dinner booths to the trade

Good luck. I’m in the process of choosing a new kitchen myself (just finished the bathrooms...boy was that a chore-I never knew me and the wife could have such strong opinions on such banal items )
