A player who went on strike ?

I doubt it somehow.

Clearly a made up name. Who next, Emanuel N'dildo? Patrick N'buttplug? Eric N'vibratingcockring?

Oh hold on, they were all signatories to the Holmesdale Chavs petition.

Stinking attitude, reported back late and unfit. Why on earth would our recruitment team be even remotely interested in this wastrel ?

His mate has got the shove too, reading the statement, both are legal minefields for any prospective new club as well.

A Sunderland statement reads: "Sunderland AFC has given notice under its contract with Didier Ndong. The player, who was under contract with the club until June 2021, failed to return to Sunderland for pre-season training in July as scheduled, nor in the subsequent months that followed. No reason was given for his failure to report and continued absence. "As a result, the club has accepted Didier Ndong’s repudiatory breaches of contract and notice of the same has been provided to the player. Sunderland AFC does so whilst retaining the right to pursue the player and any club he may subsequently join in relation to compensation for the value of the player." The club also served notice to Papy Djilobodji after the defender failed to report for pre-season training as scheduled. Neither player will be able to join a new club until January at the earliest, even if Sunderland's decision means that they do indeed become free agents. Players whose contracts are terminated outside of the window are not able to join a new club until the window opens again.

just been sacked by Sunderland, therefore a free agent.....given our two injuries in midfield, worth a punt ? ???

No, No and No

Reported back for this season 2 months late, and Sunderland also retain the right to seek compensation for the value of the player from any club he joins.

Probably the best example of a player who would fail the 'No Dickheads' requirement for joining the Albion

Why would you even float this as a possibility? Even if we could get him in the squad and even if we could somehow arrange to have Calde's personality grafted onto him, does he have the ability to add to the squad? Is he going to get in instead of Stephens, Propper, Kayal or Bissouma? No

Actually only 1 says that so either I cant read or you cant count take your choice.

Noted - see below - and maybe look up 'alluded' before you reply claiming to be right

Not under 21, and impossible to add into the 25 man squad before January.

His mate has got the shove too, reading the statement, both are legal minefields for any prospective new club as well.

I believe as he was still under contract when the transfer window closed we couldn’t even if we wanted to?

We've named our 25 man squad. Can't reshuffle it until the January window opens.
