Ryan - 7 - had a lot more to do than usual. Some great saves, no chance with either goal
Montoya - 5 - I haven’t seen that much of him, but I’m not clearly not seeing what others are. Looks too lightweight for me and never tight enough
Bong - 6 - back to his redoubtable best after a dodgy game on Monday
Duffy - 6 - pretty decent
Dunk - 6 - solid and was pinging some lovely, 60 yard passes around but had a bit of a ‘Fulham’ when outmuscled by Kane
Stephens - N/A but his reputation was enhanced by his absence
Propper - 6 - outclassed a little by Dembele and Dier, missed his buddy Stephens
Bissouma - 6 - not a replacement for Gros. Certainly covered a lot of ground
March - 5 - got into some great positions. AK demonstrated how he might have taken advantage of them
Kayal - 6 - did okay but not naturally suited to such an advanced position
Knockaert - 8 - a clear MOTM. Looks like the player who was the king of the championship. A massive threat and a classy goal
Murray - 5 - gave away a soft penalty. Looked isolated and as a result, offered little despite an industrious performance
AJ - 5 - came on at the wrong time. Heads went down at 2-0
