I had a 50th birthday pressie hot air balloon flight with Virgin a few years back.
The prep, take-off and flight was brilliant, but the landing was a bit iffy, the basket [holding 12 of us] is the undercarriage and tips over as the balloon deflates and the breeze drags you along for a bit.
Not far short of a crash-landing ....
