[Football] Squiggle on EFL shirts - supporting Mental Health

I was wondering what the strange squiggle is at the start of the players names on the shirts in the EFL this season.

Turns out, it is a charity thing for this season:

"That bit next to players’ names on the back of shirts in the Football League this season isn’t just a squiggle.

The EFL has made a change to the way numbers and names appear for the 2018/19 season as part of its support for mental health charity Mind.

The charity’s logo will be printed on the back of all shirts worn by players in the Championship, League One and League Two. It is joined to the first letter of the player’s name, similar to how it is usually attached to the word Mind.

All 72 clubs are backing the initiative, which was announced in April."

It looks like it's also present in the numbers on the back of the shirt.

Very nice idea.

Done a Frexit, now in London
Our staff at work voted to support them last year and again this year.

I wondered what that was when I watched the EFL highlights - at first I thought it was some kind of Twitter hashtag thing.
