Who do you think will fall the furthest from the clubs/fans expectations this year. It's a tough call. West Ham, Wolves all have a strong case, but then again if Man City fail to win the league would that top the list? Or how about big spending Liverpool? Or Arsenal?

I'm not sure how Cardiff could underachive when held up against expectation, but you never know...

Genuinely, I think Leicester will be in a relegation battle.

Sadly the 12/1 isn't really as good as I was hoping.

Manchester United. Second last season....this year Citeh, Arsenal, Liverpoo, Chelsea and Spuds are all likely to finsh above them.

And sometime in November Maureen's head will explode.

My predictions which will look utterly ridiculous come September:

To overacheive:
Fulham & Wolves - both to stay up with ease
Us - mid table boredom
City - win the league again
Liverpool - solid title challenge
Arsenal - return to Europe

To roughly hit target:
Cardiff - finish 20th
Watford, West Ham, Hudds,
Chelsea - top 4
Everton - more points and goals than last year

To underacheive:
Man Utd - terrible football. The end of Jose
Palace
Newcastle
Spurs
Burnley - return to the morass with the rest of us plebs
Bournemouth, Saints & Leicester - relegation battle

There's one clear frontrunner in this category for me - Burnley.

With the Transfer Window shutting in just 2 weeks time and a Europa League campaign about to start it is criminal that they haven't signed a single player yet. The Thursday / Sunday routine is exhausting for players and fans alike and with the Europa League meaning their season starts before the rest there's a real risk they'll run out of gas before the end of the season.

Clubs will up their game against Burnley after last season's 7th place finish - there won't be so much complacency with the opposition. Dyche has done an excellent job and the team spirit is superb, but they should have capitalised on a great season by doing some business early. I think their scouting has let them down - they've been linked with the likes of Jay Rodriguez and Craig Dawson from West Brom who I regard as ordinary but expensive pickings.
