I am sure that I read that the players are back to day for medicals etc , would that be correct.

Yep, 2 days of assessments then pre-season starts monday. I assume the guys at the World Cup will get an extended break though

I think those that had international friendlies - Pröpper, Kayal, Hemed, ... - are not back just yet either.
