I'm looking to travel by train from Bordeaux to Montpellier on 1st August but am concerned about possible further strike action.
The 3-month SNCF French Rail Strike Calendar goes to June 28th but what is likely to happen beyond that date ?
Management can't see it continuing into the Summer months but some Union officials aren't so sure.
There's also seems to be some reasoned opinion that the Rail Unions wouldn't want to create havoc with their own Summer Holidays.
Am particularly interested to hear the thoughts of French-based Albion fans.
Do you the think the strikes will roll in to July & August ?
Any idea of when to expect to an announcement on the matter ?
