Let's hope it goes well for him and that Brugge do well enough in the Champions league to make a difference to his work permit application. Or that he has an outstanding season so as any application to the exceptions panel may be succesful.

FYI Brugge have their 3rd qualifying round of The Champions League on 06/08 v Dynamo Kiev.

Seemingly Brugge and Percy doing well in the Champions League would be an easier way to get him over here, for next season.

I'm sure you'll be shocked to learn that as recently as 1950, there were about a dozen seats reserved exclusively for university students to vote in!
