Am having a little trouble with a property transaction and I wonder if there are any conveyancing experts on here I could PM to ask something relatively simple?

Also, I’m having a little trouble with a property, are there any gardeners on here that I could pm the adresss for them to just mow the lawn for free?

Thanks for being a dick.

Genuine question, have engaged a solicitor for the conveyancing aspect, another for a separate issue and just want an unbiased opinion on something one or other has advised me on.
