In an idle moment, I’ve just discovered that the next Albion - Palace match will be the 100th between the two sides (source: https://www.11v11.com/teams/brighton-and-hove-albion/tab/opposingTeams/opposition/Crystal%20Palace/ )

Despite many knocking it as a true ‘derby’, you can’t knock the closeness of the stats (we’re just edging it):

Will be the first season in DECADES (well 14 years or so I guess, that they've finished above us in the league when we've been in the same division, this season.

I'm really not too bothered about that though. They've had a 5 year head-start in this league and given a lot more money plus we beat them in the cup to level the head to head stats for the season. We've had a much better season than them overall.
