Hi all, I'm not sure if this is the best place to post this, but I just wanted to share because he was a lifelong Albion fan, known in the community and will be dearly missed by his family and friends.
He took me to my first ever Albion game - a 0-2 defeat against Bournemouth at the Goldstone, and loved the club. We were there through the Goldstone, Priestfield, Withdean and the Amex and he loved the club and his home town, Brighton.
He taught at Hertford Junior school in Brighton, teaching the same class for 40 years before his retirement. He then enjoyed retirement with his wife and three sons. He sadly passed away two days ago from a bowel perforation, with complications from kidney cancer and a heart condition aged 76.
