[Albion] 4 hospitality tickets available for Liverpool v Albion on Sunday

I am going to Liverpool v Albion with my nephew on Sunday. I have 6 tickets, but the four others who were coming from Switzerland cannot now make it for family reasons. The hospitality is in the Isla Gladstone Conservatory and the match tickets are Anfield Road Upper block 226 row 7. The face value of the tickets are £301.20 including hospitality from 3 hours before kick-off. Willing to look at offers below face-value. Tickets will be delivered in person by me in Brighton on Friday or Saturday or in Liverpool Saturday evening or Sunday.
