Which model is it? I did my iPhone 6 and it wasn't that difficult really. I got this one from Amazon.
I always see Halo Halo (Boundary Road - the 'Slade) recommended on Facebook.
On the flip side - I tried to replace my son's iPhone 6 screen and wished I'd paid to have it done instead. Moving the camera over was a real pig.

Do Apple still "brick" your iPhone if you have the screen repaired by a 3rd party ?
I heard about this the other day, something to be aware off, not sure if it affects your phone model.

Used them for a couple of things. Very handy and quick service. Recommended by me.
I have used I-Mend before, they came to my house and fixed it there and then, I recommended them to a friend and they went to is place of work. Phones still going today and was actually considering using them to do a battery replacement for me.
Do it through home insurance if you have a good policy that covers it. You get a quality job done and only have to pay the excess.
It costs about £50 to get a screen replaced - I'm not sure many people's home insurance excess is lower than that ?

Dunno, but they do try and sue shops who have the audacity to repair iPhones using 'aftermarket' screens.
Trademark violation apparently. Thankfully they lost.

What a way to run a business. Not only do they deliberately destroy their own customers equipment and data, they'll sue anyone who tries to fix it.
