When taking a sniff dose of Nasal Spray for Hayfever relief always take the plastic cap off before shoving up nostril and pumping furiously whilst sniffing in.

Positive

When done right gets the stuff into the nasal cavity and eases HF.

Negative

When clowned up spray liquid seeps out of cap down ones fingers and wrist.

There is no charge for this advice.

Ooh, excellent, I get to give my hay fever advice.

If you have itchy eyes and are constantly rubbing them, vaseline is a great relief.

If you have itchy eyes and use vaseline on them to relieve from rubbing, don't put any on your eyes just before you go for a haircut.

Always take your contact lenses out of their little packets before trying to put them into your eyes.

You are able to see and have no blood in your eyes.
