I usually use the Mill Road park and ride but tomorrow will need to get the train to the Amex. What time will i need to arrive at Brighton to ensure i can get a train to Falmer in good time for KO?

I would suggest not later than 18:30 given it is a normal service and no additional trains which happens when it is Saturday 15:00 KO.
