If it wasn't for recent egg chasing events combined with goings on in NZ, losing to Afghanistan could have been a rich seam of comedy ..

Tuned into the final assuming I might catch the last 1/2 hour or so.
3 straight sixes from Nabi off of Gayle and Afghanistan batter The Windies by 7 wickets with nearly 10 overs to spare.

I watched bits and pieces of the qualifying tournament and The ICC have messed up big time reducing the world cup to 10 teams. All those teams in the super 6 stage should be coming here next year.

Absolutely. The tournament becomes too long when you have a ridiculous structure, not a few more teams.
Have more matches played concurrently in the group stages and include more teams.
Lot of cracking players won't be there and there are no opportunities for any results that you would really call an upset.
