Not looking to make this political but the PM today has made a speech putting the blame on to LGAs but this site has been signed off. How can they be forced to build? How long will the American Express site sit empty?

Think of all those B&H born and bred kids who could have had reasonably priced starter homes there instead of having to live with their parents for the foreseeable future. Shameful waste of a major vacant property.
But the plans allow for very few affordable dwellings there, as the planning committee admitted before passing them anyway. It'll just mean more Londoners.
