When I was working in Hong Kong, which was some time ago now, I'd watch football in the Dickens Bar at the Excelsior where they showed two games simultaneously, one on each side of the bar.
With none of the big 6 playing at 3pm today, it's anyone's guess which games they have on. Worth a call.

Dickens Bar at the Excelsior is a good shout though long time since I went.
There's a decent enough sports bar a few yards along from WanChai MTR which happens to be 10 metres from my best mate's building....... but that's less of an appeal for you I'm sure. The area's not great generally unless into that sort of thing but lots of options for food/drinks after.

If you can, I'd advise heading across to the island side and going to Trafalgar in Wan Chai. They always put on Brighton games on one of their many screens.
