Passed it last night on my way to the Jon Richardson charity comedy show at the Theatre Royal. Looked like they had been testing the external cable runs (went into the Pavilion Gardens area) and a cameraman was quietly recording people walking through the Gardens (like me and the missus).

Listened to the songs last week, nothing special among them in my opinion. Much as I wanted to like the 'Goldstone' song based on the group name, I thought it was the worst of the lot by quite a way.

From what's on offer, I'd go for "Astronaut" by Liam Tamne.

A mere 5 years after his debut in Eurovision, surely we just dispense of this charade down the Dome and give the gig to Englebert Humperdinck so he can perform his most loved song on behalf of the nation at this year’s final.......

Job done........the only ones not laughing would be the Germans.
