This squad should have enough to stay up

£ 60 000 000 invested this season. That is a lot and this team should have enough to stay up. You cannot say Bloom has not got his wallet out. After 1 win in 14 what is going wrong, not happpening ? When I see results others have got why is it not happening at the moment ? Bournemouth went to chelsea and won 3 0, swansea beat liverpool and arsenal back to back.Other teams seem to believe we can get points from the top 6. Players ? Manager ?

Unfortunately it’s down to the man who we all love and want to do so well in this league, but his defensive style is destroying us in this league.

Tonight we took the lead, up until that point we were pretty much in charge. Then we got a penalty (never a penalty in a million years btw) and then just sat back and invited pressure upon pressure on to the team. We should be going for the kill rather than trying to and then failing to sit on a one goal advantage.

Careful Uncle, you'll be told to go and support Man City or Chelsea if you continue to show concern.

This squad couldn't stay up even if Holly Willoughby was cavorting around the Amex centre circle dressed only in a thong. :ban:

We only play well when we are chasing the game, as soon as we get ahead we go back into our shell. Its not positive or confident enough. It may have worked in the Championship but in this league you have to be more clinical and kill off the opposition

It would be nice if teams beat the Albion, instead of just waiting for someone to make a very costly mistake.

A concern if a 90 + point Championship team with £60mill investment = relegation

Agree we have the players. Tactics, formations, negative formations and players not being allowed to express themselves I'd say is the problem. Along with some others not being given a run I the side, despite man of match performances. While others just seem undroppable. We can all name the team and we can all name the formation and tactics. So anyone who does their homework won't lose to much sleep over playing us.

On tonights display we will go down,we give away needless free kicks, give the ball away far to easily and we have to react rather than anticipate where the balls going, gross looks a spent force for now and stephens and duffy look so slow, having said that saints were poor, we gifted them a point

We will only stay up if 3 teams fail to perform and do worse than us not so much on what we do anymorei as we have developed a must nt lose attitude and our best players at the begining of the season our CBs are now letting us down.

**** are you on about Speilberg?

Swansea didn't beat Chelsea. The teams you quote are all established PL teams. Of course they have more of a chance against the big boys than we do.

We just got a decent point away. That's something very tough to do in this league.
Quit the moaning for one night, eh?
