A post work glass of Cab Sav then ......My favourite burger joint has just opened a BBQ place and tonight they had a Brooklyn Brewery tap takeover. Had ribs, smoked turkey, brisket and sausage with beans, slaw and potato salad washed down with Brooklyn Defender IPA, Sorachi Ace Saison and Bel Air Wild Beer. Then went to a bar for some Rothaus Pilsners.

All good.

It was Australia Day yesterday and after a good day out with wifey I was allowed to go to the club for a couple.
Countless pints of James Squires 150 Lashes later and getting home at 3am didn't go down too well.
The fact that the hardware shop that I was going to get materials from to do a job at home today is closed for the long weekend is entirely my fault and I must now go to Scarborough Beach as a way of compensation, I will be swimming in the sea, sharks or no sharks.
