Normally I wouldn’t take too much notice of anything written in the ultra lefty socialist daily but it is right on this occasion. Paris does suffer from flooding every now and again. I go usually twice a year, love it but you have to stay in the best central parts as the areas even a little further out can be quite rough as is the area around the train station.
